![]() I'm down to 77.8 today which makes a loss of .6 this week. Things are slowing down. I'm going to have to start exercising I think in order to move this along a bit or 10 kilos in 6 weeks just isn't going to happen! Have a good week everyone.

Had a good week but 3 nights out.Eating the right Cohen foods quanities not accurate, so therefor only -.5 a total of 2.7 in 2 weeks. My clothes are looser though. Upward and onward into the 3rd week

Im sorry im so late. Ive been away and feeling pretty disgusted with myself. I am still aiming to of achieved 10 in 6 weeks to make up my major fall off wagon. I CAN AND WILL DO IT!!!!
My weigh in for the 12th was 78.4 loss of 3.2 kg Weigh in for the 19th is a rotten 83.1 which is a gain of 4.7 kg. Horrific and horrified and have struggled all week but today is the day NO MORE SELFSABOTAGE! Im STILL AIMING FOR 71.2 by the end of this! |

Hi all well the slow week as been made up this week with a total loss of 2.7kg for this week and a total for the challenge of 3.2kgs 6.8kgs to go
![]() Everyone keep going.. big, small or gains we need to just do it for ourselves and let no obstacle come in our way... We still can all get to goal of for this challenge or very close which is way better than where I would of been if not doing it... So Im sending good fat loss for everyone for the next week...

well my slowest week so far on the program, actually went up a bit today so maybe I was dehydrated yesterday morning when i weighed in!! Start weight: 79.9 Week 1: 78.2 Week 2: 77.3 loss this week 0.9 total loss- 2.6kg hey it has to get better... and 2.6kg is not too bad. 7.4kg to go in 4 weeks... can i do it??

Hi sorry I am late too - everyone must have been away this week. On Monday I was up .5kg (blaming it on eating out while away) so I was back to 83kg but hope to get rid of this & more as the week goes on....

Ughhh! I'm only down .2 to 77.6 today. I seriously hope there are some significant cm loses or I may have to just throw in the towel on this competition and only weigh myself once a month before I get seriously demotivated. I hate how my body clings to fat!!!! More exercise is coming this week!! Hope everyone else faired better than me, although that wouldn't be hard to do.

71.8kg for me this morning and considering its TOM and my tommy feels like a lead ballon im stoked ive lost anything at all despite being good
