Short answer is you see results on the 2nd or 3rd day, the first couple of weeks can be dramatic. However the first days and weeks are the most difficult.

I started at 128.3 Kg. My first week I lost 5.8kg, my 2nd 2.6kg.

Wow great loss results. Well i have done week one and i was so good had to sit at fasta pasta yesterday with everyone eating my favourite pasta and bread and butter and chocalate but i just ate chicken and lettuce i have to say i feel skinnier today but will wait to weigh myself dont want to get too excited yet.

I started on May 11 and as of Fri.July 27th I have lost 36 lbs and 40 inches overall. I did not start measuring until 10 days after I started this program. The 1st month I lost 18.5 lbs Not as much as some but I did have to travel a lot and it is hard to eat out and get the amounts right. So even though I did not have any bread or sweets just my program foods I still would have been considered a deviate. Pudge |

Well done, I thinkg it is amazing how well every one has done it is great. Keep it up you must all feel and look fantastic and have a whole new life.
