The idea of this program, as I understand it is to get the HGH working to its optimum.. when we stick to the program 100% we're achieving this.. as soon as we add ANYTHING that ISN'T listed in our programs we are doing things like producing insulin which then in turn slows down the HGH.. so ANY deviation is going to slow down our production of HGH which in turn slows down our weight loss.. we then have to get the balance again, get back in to the zone etc etc.. this is why deviating is such a bad idea.. it can take some people 3 days to get the HGH going & in others it can take longer.. this is why we're told one mistake; one week...

So lets say I was someone who deviated EVERY weekend.. well ALL that hard work I did during the week as just been flushed down the toilet..

As my consultant once said to me if you're planning on deviating on a regular basis go do something like WW..

Not pointing the finger at anyone (just to make this clear).. just pointing out the importance of not deviating & sticking to the program 100% wherever possible

I did mean to make the same point as hexi and Faithy in my previous post. In order to get the best results from this programme, it is necessary to follow the rules exactly. A deviation will upset the hormone balance, slow you down, and it will take longer to achieve optimum balance. I did however assume, Ruby, that you were asking a theoretical question rather than that you were wanting to add chocolate into your diet.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
