Arrow What golden rules do YOU use to make life easier on Cohens?

What do you do or don't do to avoid deviations and make you stick 100%?

My golden rules are:
  • Ensure 3 meals are in fridge ahead of each day.
  • Avoid the bakery like the plague.
  • I keep the treats to a minimum for the kids - I am still a kid
  • Set timer on phone to track 5:15 between meals.
  • Brush teeth after each meal - this helps me to keep the sweet craving away.
  • Avoid caffeine - totally. Lucky for me I don't drink coffee.
  • Mix meals around. Have different meat each day.
  • Have breakfast early to finish dinner early and sleep empty - helps me achieve my goal faster! And I really sleep better.

Week 0 - 110kg
Week 1 - 109kg (1kg loss)
Week 2 - 106.4 (2.6 kg loss)

These are great E!

My golden rules would include:
  • Cook up as much as possible on the weekend - then it's just a matter of reheating.
  • Treat the weekends like a week day - get up at the same time, have meals at the same time as if it were any other day. I still struggle with this!
  • Drink diet soft drink after dinner - it's like a sweet treat
