![]() I'm 64kg at the moment and my goal weight is between 53 & 56 kg. When I was single I used to maintain my 53kg frame by working out at the gym every day and kick boxing 3 times a week. I've been in a relationship for 2 and a half years now and I just don't have the free time to exercise like a nazi anymore the 11kgs has slowly crept on over the years. (mainly because I continued eating the same instead of cutting back food with the exercise) Has anyone else joined with 10kg or less to lose? I'm just wondering how long it took you, is the progress just as quick as those with more to lose? ![]() |

I notice some people who dont have as much to lose seem also to lose quite quickly. I have just lost 7 kgs in 5 weeks. There is a thread where people comment on how much they lost in their first 4 weeks that you might like to look at. In any week I can lose between 600gms and 1.6kgs. The first week is usually the biggest loss.

we are on the same situation that only need to lose 10kg during the program.... how did you manage it
