Omg im still geting lost in here sorry guys im slowly trying to find my way in the forum

That's a great first week loss, well done..I hope some of that panic has now gone. Its really simple "Cohens works "
Keep focused and you will be there in no time it just becomes habit once you settle into your plan. Keep using the forum its a great place and there is nothing that hasn't been answered or any bridge that hasn't been crossed by most of us oldies.

Tnx everyone its working so far
I must admit i was struggling with the water today i had just under 2ltr i know i should hawe more Its harder to drink water when im at work du to my job enyone else has the same problem??? |

I thought so too so i take 3x 1litre bottles to work and i do manage to drink them. If i dont do it at home once i get to the office i get stuck in to emails and i dont get up to get water. Would this work for you

Thats a great idea Tes i will try that but also depens where i work sometimes i cannot hawe my water with me and i cannot leave my post to go n get water so i haweto wait for break time.
But im duin my best to manage |

Good luck I work in conservation and when i go into the field i usually dont have much water cause you have to carry it up hills and its hard enough just carrying my body weight. I dont have to go anywhere until March so that will be my test too!
