That is food that replaces the std. food with another equally yummy alternative. i.e. Spaghetti Squash for Spaghetti, Potato sale in stead of potato fries, and a new one, grain feed beef is lower in KJ than feed lot beef. Usually it would be recommended that you wait until you are within your goal range before you start refeed...in exceptional circumstances like a very heavy bone structure or high lean muscle mass composition, you might not be able to get down to your goal range.
