Default Lite Salt (aka Salt Substitute)

Does anyone know if Salt Subs (Lite salt) are allowed on the program? I have been using Lite Salt, but today I looked at the ingredients and it lists an anti-caking agent and this concerned me.

Hi Jenna

Anti caking agents are not allowed - no matter what its in.

My clinic, and coincidentally my naturopath both recommend Celtic Sea salt. It is supposed to be the best salt you can have.

I almost lost my thyroid gland because i was not eating salt for years. Celtic sea salt was a large part of the treatment plan for getting it working again.

Dr Cohen recommends it apparently.

Oh crap. Hope that doesn't show up as a deviation. I've been such a good girl!!!!!!!

Well I have sea salt in my kitchen - I just bought a spice spinner rack and a salt ball (one of those one handed salt grinders!) that you put sea salt in last week so I will use that solely from now on.

Thank you for your help, Shanara!
